Overview

Jumper is a Chrome extension that helps users open saved URLs with keyboard shortcuts and an on-page overlay. This extension is designed to work without collecting personal information from users.

Data Collection

Jumper does not collect personal data, browsing history, authentication data, financial information, health information, precise location, personal communications, web history, or user activity for sale, advertising, analytics, profiling, or any other commercial purpose.

How the Extension Works

To provide its functionality, Jumper stores only the settings that the user creates, such as shortcut-to-URL mappings and display preferences. This information is stored using Chrome extension storage on the user's browser account/device so the extension can function as expected.

This configuration data is not sent to the developer, is not sold, and is not shared with external services. Jumper does not operate any backend server and does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

Permissions

storage: used only to save the user's extension settings and shortcut mappings.
tabs: used only to open a mapped URL in the current tab or in a new tab when triggered by the user.
host permissions on <all_urls>: used only so the overlay can be shown on regular web pages, regardless of which site the user is currently visiting.

Third-Party Services

Jumper does not use external servers, remote code, analytics providers, advertising networks, or third-party trackers.

Data Sharing and Sale

Jumper does not sell, rent, transfer, disclose, or otherwise share user data with the developer or with any third party.

Children's Privacy

Jumper is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes in the future, the updated version will be published together with the extension information.
